How much does shipping cost
Fedex Ground Shipping is $9.95, or free for orders over $75.00.

We offer $15.00 Expedited Shipping (2 day) on orders over $99.00; however, please note that diffusers, EDPs, EDP refills, and interior fragrances are excluded from Expedited Shipping due to their classification as dangerous goods.

How long does delivery take?
Our Standard Shipping partner is FedEx and takes 2-7 business days by end of day, Expedited Shipping takes 2+ days. These timings are dependent on shipping distance.

Please note that Glasshouse Fragrances requires time for packaging and dispatching your items. Kindly add up to 2 days to your estimated delivery time to accommodate this process. We appreciate your understanding.

How do I track my delivery?
Once your item has been shipped you will receive an email from us with your tracking details. If you haven't received this, please check your junk mail. If you need to get in contact with us about the whereabouts of your order, please email help@us.glasshousefragrances.com.

Where do you ship to?
We currently only ship to the 48 states within the contiguous USA.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the USA via this website. For delivery to Australia or New Zealand please use the country selector at the bottom of the menu options.

Will I need to sign for my delivery?
No.

I've received my order but there is an issue, what do I do?
Please email help@us.glasshousefragrances.com and let us know how we can help, and someone from our customer service team will be in touch within 24 hours.

What is your return/exchange policy?
We want you to love your products, so we accept returns within 30 days of shipping. If you have any questions or need some help making a return or exchange, please email help@us.glasshousefragrances.com with your order number and details of the item/s you'd like to return.

Can I change or cancel my order after the order is complete?
As soon as your purchase is complete we begin the handling and packing process so we can get your items to you quickly. If you have provided an incorrect or incomplete delivery address please email help@us.glasshousefragrances.com Mon-Fri 9am-4pm EST and we will do our best to assist where your order has not already been shipped.
